Каждый тренер в начале фитнес обучения должен знать данную терминологию, чтобы не потеряться в материале. Помимо всего прочего, данная информация облегчит вам прохождение любого курса для фитнес инструкторов.
Изучение тела человека проводят в условно принятом исходном положении: стоя, ноги вместе, руки опущены вдоль туловища, ладони обращены вперёд.
У тренеров может возникнуть резонный вопрос: «А зачем мне это все знать и в этом ориентироваться? Какая мне разница, в какой плоскости двигается клиент при выпадах и какой у него сустав проксимальный?».
Да, действительно, это не имеет особого смысла на начальном уровне тренерства, где многие ограничиваются подходом «от упражнений» и предпочитают научным исследованиям что-то вроде популярных YouTube-каналов от «фитнес-звезд».
Но часть тренеров имеет свойство расти, повышая и свои компетенции, и стоимость тренировок, и сложность поставленных задач, и свой доход.
